That’s better. I actually had another blog which I accidentally added to the list of my Mudhooks blogs and somehow changed my posting name to Fragments. I finally deleted the other blog (I forgot to copy and save all the posts) and changed my signing-on name.

Now the other blog is gone and my user name is back to Mudhooks, again.

Ahhhhh…. silly me… They did their chants too well.

My Mom was telling me, after I mentioned about the pagans calling for rain, the joke about the Scottish minister that prays for rain.

It starts to rain…. and rain… and rain…. and rain…. Finally, as his pulpit is floating away, he says “God, ah no ah asked fer rrrain, but this is fair ridiculous….”

I’ve never seen that name before.

And what I meant was that the pagans overreacted with the rain chants they’d promised to do so that Homer would get washed away…

I’m not sure why I keep getting logged in under the other name. How very odd and confusing….

I can understand the reaction to some of the “chaos” like people stranded on to of their caravans but to be stopped on a highway for 9 hours… that isn’t such a big deal.

Of course, if the municipalities would clean their storm drains out once in a while, as one of the officials said, all that might have been avoided.
