Architectural triangles.
While I am two days ahead for posting this, I will be slow to acknowledge your comments and to visit everyone else’s contributions. My reason is this…. and this. I know you will all understand. I will try and make my visits, slowly but surely. If I miss you, I am sorry.

Love your take on this weeks theme. Great photos too!
I found it hard to find triangles in my house this week but I did finally find some.
Mine’s up and ready…come on over!

Beautiful shots. Architecture is my favourite focus for photographing.
I am so sorry to hear about your loss. And that you didn’t get to spend more time being with your friend.

Yes! Absolutely beautiful! I love the church against the stormy skies – is most awesome.
If you get a chance you might like my photos taken yesterday in St Louis Cemetery #1 in my beloved New Orleans. http://bestcharleyanalive.com/

Outstanding photos. Old houses are so marvelous, aren’t they? I did PH, too. I hope you have a chance to see mine.

Actually, I took the original colour image and turned it into black and white and back into colour. The image, itself, was very dark and I lightened it as best I could without causing the areas that were too light (the sky) to flare. I MIGHT have used two images and isolated the sky and solarized it and layered it on top of the other image, in order to eliminate the flaring of the over-exposed sky. I cannot recall, now.

In looking at the photo, I see that there was no way that I cut out the sky and solarized it. I think I just lightened it a much as I could. I now realize that I rendered the colour image into B&W, back into colour and then did a colour separation and picked one of the colour layers. Which, I don’t recall.
